The Moscow Representative Office of HUBER+SUHNER AG has a vacancy for a Sales and Business Development Manager Fiber Optic (FO).
Responsibilities of this high profile role include:
- Development of FO sales in line with the HUBER+SUHNER strategy, creating profitable growth and market share
- Keep and grow the FO business with existing partners and win new partners
- Design-in of HUBER+SUHNER FO products and project support
- Push and support FO Channel Partners
- Submit offers to FO channel partners and customers, coordinate delivery, payment and credit conditions
- Personally and regularly visit FO sales channel partners, technical and commercial staff of OEM’s and customers in the regions
- Support of product launches
- Establish and develop excellent relationships with the divisions in Switzerland.
Required Skills:
- University degree in FO engineering, with further commercial education
- Good understanding of H+S technologies and products
- Excellent technical knowledge with FO
- Excellent negotiation and relationship skills
- Good knowledge of sales channels
- Excellent communication, planning and implementation skills.
- Excellent English language skills: correspondence, communication, reading, understanding
- Able to work as part of a team and contribute positively to the team’s performance
